SEVEN MILE BEACH RESORT

Overlooking the idyllic Seven Mile Beach coastal reserve in southern Tasmania, the Seven Mile Beach Resort refurbishment and expansion creates a village atmosphere and reflects the coastal and wild locations that typify Tasmania.

As part of the redevelopment, the existing 20 apartments were refurbished, and a further 40 were designed, with new accommodation being a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments across a variety of suite types. Rooms have been designed to feel open and spacious, particularly within the luxurious penthouse and presidential suites.

The existing buildings were upgraded by adding courtyards of varying designs across each of the villa types to offer resort guests shelter and protection from the elements and a closer experience with nature. A large reception area was also accommodated, along with an owner’s lounge, porte-cochère, and the refurbishment of the existing pool, sauna, gym, and bathroom areas.
