SCOTT SCHINDEL | Senior Associate | Brisbane Technical Lead

BRISBANE

“I was initially drawn to architecture through a love of drawing, though what I love about architecture now is the legacy it leaves, particularly in the education and community sectors. The way we design spaces and structures can make an everyday impact on our young people and communities, empowering the next generation to think differently about the environment and sustainability.”

With more than two decades’ experience in architecture and expert knowledge in design, documentation and contract administration, Scott’s insight and attention to detail have been crucial to several community and correctional projects. While Scott is serious about the details of projects, he is also serious about making projects a fun and enjoyable experience for all involved.

As the Documentation Manager at Guymer Bailey Brisbane, Scott plays an integral part in the management of office systems and has been the project architect on many community, education and residential designs and team leader on several correctional projects.
